WIFI service terms
The ownership and operation rights, income rights, copyright, trademark rights of the services, products or technology are provided by the WIFI network (hereinafter referred to as the “network”) and reserved by the WIFI network operators and providers (hereinafter referred to as “provider”) . The condition of using this network is unconditional acceptance of the service terms. Any user who uses the network should read the terms carefully. The user may choose not to use the WIFI network. The use of the network will be considered as an endorsement of all the terms of the service.
Terms of service:
1 The user explicitly agree to the risk existing in its use of the network service will be entirely borne by themselves; all the consequences arising from the use of network services are also borne by themselves, the provider is not responsible for the user.
2 The user assumes full responsibility for uploading, posting, sending, emailing, or transmitting content via the network.The provider shall not be liable for all the rights of the third parties involved in all the videos and other content uploaded by the user.
3 The provider does not guarantee that the network services can meet the requirements of the users, nor guarantee the network services will not be interrupted, nor guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network services.
4 The provider does not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the external links that are provided for the convenience of the user, at the same time, the provider assumes no responsibility for the contents of any web page that is not directed by the provider. The provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use or reliance on the above-mentioned network or resources.
5 If the system fails to affect the normal operation of the network, the provider promises to cooperate with the relevant units in the first time and fix it in time. However, the provider and the cooperative units are not liable for the caused economic losses. In addition, the provider reserves the right to suspend any part of this network service for maintenance, upgrades or other purposes without prior notice.
6 When the user uses or accepts the provider’s network or information, the user agrees to disclose the relevant information to the provider (including, but not limited to, part of the users privacy such as the phone number), at the same time, accepts the information provided by the provider (including, but not limited to, SMS and all kinds of business information); Without revealing the privacy of the user’s information, the supplier has the right to conduct internal statistics and analysis of the entire user data and to make commercial use of the user's data internally.
7 The user agrees that the provider shall not be liable for any loss caused by such services or products based on the gratuitous nature of the product.
7.1 Provide network services for users free of charge.
7.2 Provide any product or service presented to the intended users.
7.3 Provide various products or services for charging network users.
8 The risk of the use of any data downloaded or got from the network is borne by the user; The user shall be fully liable for damage or loss of data due to such use; The provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative or punitive damages arising from profits, business reputation, data loss or other tangible or intangible losses arising from the following causes:
8.1 This network is used or unavailable.
8.2 Any product, information or service purchased or obtained through the network.
8.3 User data is unauthorized use or modification.
8.4 Other matters related to this network.
9 Users may not engage in any illegal activities when using the network, including, but not limited to, any illegal intent, the transmission of any harassment , slander others, abusive, threatening ,vulgar, obscene, any other illegal information, intentionally producing and disseminating computer viruses or any other illegal behaviors of laws, administrative regulations or normative documents.
10 The provider reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete the contents of the provisions at any time. Users should regularly check these terms and keep abreast of the changes. After changes in these terms are published, such changes are accepted if the user continues to use the network. Users may abandon the use of the network or terminate the services they have received if they disagree to modify these terms.
11 The final explanation of the terms of service shall be owned by the supplier,the issues not covered refer to the relevant laws and regulations of the state. When the terms of service are in conflict with the laws and regulations of the state, the laws and regulations of the State shall prevail.
